We measure every room in the unit — or multiple units — with professional tools. No guessing, no over-ordering waste. We present options aligned with your performance requirements and per-unit budget.
You receive a detailed, line-item quote: material, removal, disposal, prep, and installation — no surprise add-ons at delivery. Volume projects receive project-level pricing and phasing recommendations.
Existing flooring and pad are removed, subfloor is inspected and prepared (patching, leveling, moisture testing where applicable). The floor is broom-clean before any new product touches it.
In-house certified crews install your chosen flooring — LVP, carpet, LVT, or a combination — following manufacturer specs and CSI's own quality standards. Transitions, baseboards, and trim are handled to a finished look.
Our crew walks every square foot with your property manager or site contact. Any issue is corrected on the spot before we leave. Unit is clean, floor is ready, and you have documentation for your records.
