From showroom visit to sealed grout, here's exactly how CSI manages your bathroom tile project.
Visit our Addison showroom or schedule an on-site visit. We measure precisely, assess subfloor condition and moisture, check door and fixture clearances, and deliver a written line-item estimate — materials, prep, removal, and labor with no hidden charges.
Old flooring comes out, the substrate is repaired and leveled, and cement backer board is installed to create a rigid, water-resistant foundation. Heated floor mats are installed and tested at this stage if selected.
We dry-lay the pattern for your approval before a single tile is set in mortar. Tiles are cut and placed with precision spacers for consistent joints, level edges, and zero lippage.
Thinset cures for 24 hours to reach full bond strength, then grout is mixed, applied, and cleaned in one pass. We protect the new floor and plan access routes around your bathroom during the cure window.
Grout lines receive a professional penetrating sealer, transitions and trim are reinstalled, and we walk the finished floor with you. Any issue is corrected on the spot before we call the job complete.
