You receive a detailed, no-surprise written estimate. Once approved, we order your selected tile and all setting materials — mortar, grout, sealer, transition profiles — so your install day runs without delays.
If applicable, our crew removes existing tile, old adhesive, and damaged drywall or cement board. All debris is hauled away. The substrate is repaired, primed, and verified flat before any new tile is set.
We establish reference lines, perform a dry layout to confirm pattern placement and minimize cuts at corners, and confirm outlet and appliance alignments before a single tile is permanently set.
Tiles are set with the correct mortar system, leveled and spaced with precision, and allowed to cure before grouting. Grout color is selected to complement your tile choice. All exposed edges receive finished tile trim profiles.
